Assistant Professor Satoshi Iizuka has received the Young Scientists' Award in the FY2022 Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
MEXT presents the Commendation for Science and Technology to individuals who have achieved outstanding results in research and development in science and technology, in promoting public understanding of science and technology, and in related areas. The Young Scientists' Award recognizes researchers under the age of 40 who have produced notable research achievements — such as pioneering work or research based on highly original perspectives — that demonstrate advanced research and development ability.
The award ceremony was held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
