Yasuhiro Okawa (completed doctoral program in 2012) and Tomoki Uchiyama (completed master's program in 2022), graduates of the Information Engineering degree program and the former Computer Science specialization, have been recognized as "Kaggle Competition Grandmasters" in recognition of their continued achievements on "Kaggle," the world's largest AI competition platform.
Both individuals are alumni of Professor Kazuhiro Fukui's laboratory.
